Are you asking for an invitation to publish on webcomics.fr or are you just promoting your webcomic ? (allowed, but in the “auto-promo” forum).

Invitation (in french) is sent. Just copy the code in the form that appear on the frontpage.
(We're working on an english translation of the website).
